Start your diagnostic without the portal maze.

Use the access method your instructor gave you. If you have a section code, that is the fastest path. If your school gave you an institution code instead, you can browse available sections from there.

  • Section code links go straight to your class intake form.
  • Institution access lets students choose from public sections for that school.
  • After you submit your information, the test launches in TAO automatically.

Need a quick guide?

Only seeing one institution?

That is expected while the system is still being seeded. More schools will appear here automatically as they are added in the admin system.

Section not in the list?

Only active public sections with a live license and assigned test appear here. Ask your coordinator if the section should already be available.

Launches somewhere else?

That is expected. After the intake form, you are handed off to the secure testing environment automatically.

If you cannot access your section, contact your instructor or testing coordinator for the correct code or link.
